Please complete the registration from below. This is required for each person attending the conference. Spouses, assistants, etc. all need to register. This will help us provide adequate seating at all events.
Those wishing to present papers must submit an abstract to Dr. Gilderbloom. All abstracts are reviewed within three business days and given a quick decision. Please Email abstract to: jgilde02@sprynet.com
Registration Fees:
Fees are based on the time the fees are paid NOT when you complete the registration form. Fees and dates are listed below:
$495 discount registration from Sepember 10th to September 31st
$695 registration at conference
Attendees--besides saving money, early registrants can reserve a seat (on a boat, bike, or session) in advance. This will also allow us to get estimates in advance of how many people will attend a particular session so we can get the proper size room or if we need to repeate certain workshops. At the end of the form you will see a checkbox next to each event. Please check the events you plan to attend.
Credit card processing is online. Clicking the link will take you to a simple order system and then to a secure credit card processor. You may complete this page ether before or after making payment. Both need to be completed before you are considered "Registered" Link to Credit card processor.
